Candidates must possess a valid AZ IVP fingerprint clearance card. The History Teacher position requires a teaching certificate or content knowledge proficiency from one of the following areas: 24 college credit hours in history Advanced degree in area AEPA or NES Subject Knowledge exam HQ Teacher Reciprocity National Board Certified in area Job expectations include, but are not limited: Daily classroom instruction as aligned to approved lesson plans. Ensure that all school and district policies and procedures are adhered to. Ensure a sustainable relationship with parents, school personnel, and members of the public. Submit grades and attendance according to the procedures of the school. Prepare classroom for instructions prior to the start of the school year.
