Position Title: Technology Integration & Systems Support Coach (Part-Time)
Department: District Administration
Reports To: Superintendent or Designee
Employment Status: Part-Time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary
The Technology Integration & Systems Support Coach provides district-wide support for educational technology, curriculum resources, and basic information technology operations. This position serves as a coach, trainer, and first point of contact for staff technology needs while promoting effective integration of digital tools to improve teaching, learning, communication, and productivity.
The employee supports classroom technology, district software systems, instructional applications, student information systems, and online curriculum platforms while training staff in best practices for educational technology use.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Technology Integration & Instructional Support
- Provide coaching and support to teachers in the effective use of instructional technology.
- Develop and deliver professional development sessions related to technology integration and digital learning.
- Assist teachers in selecting and implementing technology tools that support curriculum standards and student learning objectives.
- Model technology-enhanced instructional practices in classrooms.
- Research and recommend instructional technology resources and digital tools.
- Support implementation and utilization of district curriculum platforms and online instructional resources.
Curriculum Resource Support
- Become knowledgeable in all district-adopted curriculum resources and digital instructional programs.
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff regarding curriculum software and online learning tools.
- Assist staff in accessing, navigating, and utilizing digital curriculum resources.
- Collaborate with administrators and teachers to improve utilization of instructional programs and resources.
- Create user guides, tutorials, and reference materials for district staff.
Information Technology Support
- Serve as a first-level support resource for district technology issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Coordinate technology repairs and maintenance with vendors and district personnel.
- Assist with the inventory and management of district technology equipment.
- Support operation of classroom technology, printers, Chromebooks, computers, projectors, interactive displays, and other instructional devices.
- Assist with account management and user access for district software systems.
- Support deployment and setup of technology equipment.
Systems Management Support
- Assist staff with district technology systems, communication platforms, and productivity tools.
- Support student information systems and educational software applications.
- Maintain documentation regarding technology processes and procedures.
- Assist with technology onboarding for new employees.
- Monitor and communicate technology updates, changes, and best practices.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work collaboratively with district administrators, teachers, office staff, and support personnel.
- Maintain positive working relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Communicate technology information and updates clearly to staff.
- Provide timely responses to technology-related requests.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of educational technology tools and instructional practices.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networked environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in K-12 education.
- Experience providing technology support and/or instructional coaching.
- Knowledge of learning management systems, student information systems, and educational software platforms.
- Experience supporting Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft applications.
- Familiarity with curriculum platforms and digital instructional resources.
- Experience with Chromebook management and educational technology devices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's degree in technology, education, information systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience in educational technology, technical support, teaching, training, or related field preferred.
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move technology equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Work Environment
Work is performed in the school, classrooms, offices, and other district facilities. The position may require occasional work outside normal school hours to support district technology initiatives, training, or special events.
Salary
Part-time position. Salary to be determined based on qualifications and experience.
