Job Description:
Under general supervision of the School Nurse/District Health Coordinator and school administrator, provides daily health services to students and staff. Essential functions, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills and other characteristics. Hiring Pay Range: $18.40 – $19.53 per hour, DOE
FTE .875, 35 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 3:00pm (Includes one 30 minute unpaid meal break)
191 workdays per year, 10 months per year
Minimum Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Current CPR and First Aid certificate AND certification in a health-related field or equivalent, with school health class completion. Two years of working in a school is preferred. Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Level I – IVPP Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
