Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, and student-centered English Language Development (ELD) Specialist to join our team. 

As an ELD Specialist, you will provide engaging, targeted English language development instruction aligned to Arizona's Language Development Approach and Structured English Immersion (SEI) Model. You'll work alongside classroom teachers to integrate language support into core instruction, use assessment data to drive student growth, and play a key role in helping students build the language skills they need to succeed in every classroom.

Beyond instruction, you'll be a trusted partner to educators and families, coaching teachers on best practices for supporting multilingual learners, coordinating language assessments, ensuring state and federal compliance, and building meaningful connections with families through outreach, interpretation services, and community engagement.
