• Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate activities for students in multiple grade levels.
• Supervise students in a safe, structured, and positive afterschool environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and program participation hours.
• Communicate with families regarding program participation and billing.
• Oversee daily program operations from 4:00–6:00 PM. Monday - Thursday and possibly 8:00-4:00 PM. on Fridays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain one).
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and supervision skills.
