  • Work collaboratively with school staff to support individual student goals, intervention plans, behavior plans, or academic recovery plans as applicable.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, school events, and collaborative planning as required.
  • Support the mission and values of Accelerated Learning Center through professionalism, teamwork, consistency, and student advocacy.

  • Ability to differentiate instruction and support students with diverse academic and personal needs.
  • Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive, respectful relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to supporting students in a non-traditional school setting.
  • Must be able to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting students who may be behind in credits, need academic remediation, or benefit from individualized instructional support.
  • Experience using educational technology, online learning platforms, or blended learning tools.
  • Experience collaborating with counselors, administrators, support staff, or student services teams.
