Job Responsibilities:
Teacher positions available for the 2026-2027 school year
Canon Elementary School District #50 now has an openings for the following positions: 4 th grade teacher for the school year. One Friday PD a month.
The candidate must have proper credentials and teaching certificate or be able to obtain an emergency certificate (must have bachelor’s degree). A reading or math endorsement is preferred, but not needed.
Starting date: late July
Salary Range- Dependent upon education (typical starting pay is roughly $46,000 for a bachelor’s degree in education) + possible 301 monies (approx. $3,000). In addition to salary, Canon provides very good healthcare benefits.

We are a modified year-round school with two week breaks and a seven week summer. Currently, we have 100 students. Canon is a small school with nice classes and a great community.
