SUPPLEMENTAL:  Classroom Site Fund - $10,000 annual or prorated based on start date!

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Management, Master's degree preferred
2. Three years' experience in Finance, Governmental or auditing; school district accounting preferred
3. Minimum of  one year supervisory experience in related area in an office with considerable public contact
4. Experience developing and managing large budgets
5. Experience working with Uniform System of Financial Records (USFR), School Finance, and Federal Compliance, 2 CFR 200, preferred
6. Proficiency in accounting and related software applications including PowerPoint, MS Office and strong Excel skills.
7. Ability to obtain a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card 

Or an equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training that demonstrates desired knowledge, skills and abilities as the Superintendent/Designee may find appropriate and acceptable

5. Knowledge of Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 15.
6. Knowledge of Uniform System of Financial Records (USFR) and School Finance.
7. Ability to interpret and analyze financial data and recommend corrective actions.
8. Ability to coordinate with others to schedule work activities to meet due dates.
9. Ability to work under pressure and within many areas of responsibility at one time.
10. Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
11. Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
12. Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
13. Ability to function in a fast-paced and high-pressure work setting.
14. Ability to operate standard office equipment and database software programs.
15. Ability to apply common sense understanding to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
16. Ability to work cooperatively and courteously with staff, students, parents, and community members.
17. Utilize, with fidelity, the District Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS) program at the building level.
18. Ensure information obtained through the course of duties associated with this position, is held in the highest of confidentiality.
19. Perform all duties in accordance with Federal and State laws, district procedures, and Board policies, including mandatory reporting procedures.
