Job Description:

Under the general supervision of the Director of Finance, the Warehouse and Inventory Control Specialist plays a vital role in the District's operational efficiency. This position manages the flow of goods, ensures the integrity of inventory data, and maintains meticulous records of District assets. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy a mix of office-based data management and active warehouse coordination, and want to support the success of our schools behind the scenes, this is the role for you.

Hiring Pay Range: $18.76 – $19.92 per hour, DOE

12 months- 261 days/year

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Minimum Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED; at least one year of experience in a centralized warehouse or receiving environment; a valid Arizona’s driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must have the ability to perform active warehouse tasks, including lifting objects exceeding 50 lbs. Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Level One IVPP Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
