SPED Director/Teacher
Littlefield Unified School District #9

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Location: Beaver Dam Jr/Sr High School
3475 E. Rio Virgin Rd., Beaver Dam, AZ 86432

Salary: Full-time (10-month position). Compensation is based on education and experience, with a salary range of $41,000–$53,225, plus benefits and eligibility for up to $10,000 in additional Prop 301 funding. This position also includes a $12,000 annual stipend for serving as Special Education Director.    

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certificate or proof of eligibility
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain. 
• Arizona Special Education Laws.   
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with staff and communicate effectively with parents
