Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Thursday (4-day week)

Position Overview

KES is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional / Classroom Aide to support teachers and students during the 2026–2027 school year. This role involves working in both classroom and study hall settings, assisting with supervision, small-group instruction, and supporting students with diverse learning needs, including special education.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising teacher with daily classroom activities

• Provide support during study hall and instructional time

• Work with small groups of students to reinforce lessons

• Help supervise students and maintain a positive learning environment

• Support students with special needs as directed by the teacher

• Step in as needed to assist with various classroom and school tasks

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or experience (required)

• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain (required)

• Ability to follow directions from a supervising teacher

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
