Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Thursday (4-day week)
Position Overview
KES is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional / Classroom Aide to support teachers and students during the 2026–2027 school year. This role involves working in both classroom and study hall settings, assisting with supervision, small-group instruction, and supporting students with diverse learning needs, including special education.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the supervising teacher with daily classroom activities
Provide support during study hall and instructional time
Work with small groups of students to reinforce lessons
Help supervise students and maintain a positive learning environment
Support students with special needs as directed by the teacher
Step in as needed to assist with various classroom and school tasks
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree or experience (required)
Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain (required)
Ability to follow directions from a supervising teacher
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualities

Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
