Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated K-8 Grade Physical Education (PE) Teacher to inspire students across elementary and middle school levels to develop a lifelong love for physical activity, health, and wellness. In this role, you will design engaging, developmentally appropriate PE curricula that promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical literacy. Your enthusiasm will motivate students to participate actively, improve their motor skills, and understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle. T

Duties

• Develop and implement dynamic PE lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for K-8 students, incorporating elements of fitness, sports, movement education, and health awareness
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track student progress, assign activities, and communicate with parents and colleagues effectively
• Manage classroom behavior through proactive behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive environment for all learners
• Assess student performance regularly through observations and skill demonstrations to monitor growth and identify areas for improvement

Experience

• Prior classroom experience teaching physical education at the elementary or middle school level preferred
• Knowledge of systems such as the Presidential Fitness program preferred

Compensation

$30,000 - $40,000 - A teaching certification is recommended but not required for this position. Compensation will depend on certification and/or experience.
