Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 3rd–5th Grade ELA Teacher to support the academic and social development of elementary students. The ideal candidate creates an engaging, student-centered classroom and uses a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field
• Valid Arizona teaching certification (or ability to obtain)
• Fingerprint clearance card (or ability to obtain)
• Knowledge of current instructional practices and child development
• Experience with educational technology and data-driven instruction preferred
• Prior teaching experience preferred

Employment Details

Start Date: July 1, 2026

Salary: DOE ($61,000-$72,000 Annually)

Schedule: Four-day school week (Monday-Thursday)
