Job Description:

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, performs journey-level work in the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and similar systems of district buildings and facilities.

Hiring Pay Range: $23.43 - $24.87 per hour, DOE

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Summer Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm (30-minute unpaid meal break)

Winter Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (30-minute unpaid meal break)

12 months per year; 261 work days per year

Minimum Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; five (5) years of journey level trades maintenance experience in HVAC, electrical and plumbing fields; basic computer related skills, including familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel; knowledge of the SchoolDude Work Order System is a plus. 

Special Requirements: Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Level I –IVPP Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license with a clear driving record, and have the ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.
