About Flagstaff Junior Academy
Flagstaff Junior Academy (FJA) is a Pre-K through 8th grade tuition-free public charter school in Flagstaff, Arizona, serving students across two campuses in a close-knit, supportive community.
• Elementary campus: 170 students in multi-age classrooms, K-5 classes capped at 24 students
• Middle school campus: Grades 6–8, ~230 students, average class sizes 15–25

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Math, or Related Field
2. Ability to obtain an Arizona fingerprint clearance card and complete a background check
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master’s Degree in Education, Math, or Related Field
2. Arizona Teaching Certificate in Middle Grades Education or Secondary Math
3. Experience teaching math in a secondary setting
