Occupational Therapist (Effective 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR)

SUMMARY
Evaluates and develops an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) to meet the specific needs of students who qualify for occupational therapy services.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Arizona Occupational Therapy License
• Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
  Verbal & Written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read andcomprehend written/graphic and oral instruction
• Must release Social Security Number to be eligible for AHCCCS-Provider ID Number

COMMENTS
Salary Range $64,557.66 to $74,466.54
Effective: 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR
Location: Exceptional Education Department - District Wide - Sites May Vary
FTE: .80 FTE - 6 hours per day - 2 positions available - 1.0 FTE - 7.5 hours per day - 1 position available
Work Calendar: 9.5 month
