Job Description:
The High School Principal serves as the instructional and operational leader of the high school, responsible for planning, directing, implementing, and supervising all academic programs and school operations. The principal ensures a safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment that supports student achievement and aligns with district goals and community expectations. The role requires visionary leadership, a student-centered belief system, effective management, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
Exempt; 12 months
Salary: Based on Experience
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a closely related field; minimum of five years of successful teaching experience; demonstrated knowledge of school administration and instructional best practices; experience in secondary education leadership preferred.
Required Certifications: valid State Administrative Certification; valid state teaching certificate/license.
