Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time science teacher to join our secondary (grades 7–12) program at an established Montessori school in the East Valley.

This is not a traditional middle or high school teaching position.

Our program emphasizes:

• Strong mentoring relationships with adolescents

You will have the opportunity to:
• Design and teach engaging applied science courses
• Integrate hands-on labs and real-world investigations
• Collaborate across disciplines
• Build meaningful relationships with students
• Teach without the pressure of state testing culture

We are open to candidates with:
• Middle and/or High school science teaching experience
• A strong STEM background
• Experience in project-based learning
• A passion for working with adolescents
• Interest in alternative or experiential education

Montessori training is welcome but not required. We provide mentorship and support for teachers new to Montessori philosophy.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 depending on experience
