Director of Enrollment Growth (K–12)
Prescott Valley Charter School | Arizona
POSITION SUMMARY
Prescott Valley Charter School is seeking a high-performance Enrollment Growth Director — a closer, systems-builder, and relationship architect who can turn interest into enrollment and enrollment into sustained growth.
This is not a receptionist role. This is not a passive registrar position. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
This role is for a sales-minded operator who can build pipelines, follow up relentlessly, communicate value with conviction, and design repeatable enrollment systems that scale.
Mission:
Add 100+ K–12 students by July 2026 while building enrollment systems that compound year over year.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Full ownership of the K–12 enrollment pipeline
• Enrollment systems, scripts, workflows, and follow-up processes
• Family communication, closing strategy, and onboarding
• Community-facing growth strategy and brand presence
• Enrollment data, reporting, and accountability
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Community Visibility, Brand Presence & Partnerships
• Serve as the public face of Prescott Valley Charter School
• Actively engage with the Chamber of Commerce and local business groups
• Attend mixers, ribbon cuttings, festivals, fairs, and civic events
• Build partnerships with businesses, preschools, churches, and community orgs
• Make PVCS a household name — top-of-mind like a trusted consumer brand
• Convert community relationships into measurable enrollment pipelines
Enrollment Sales & Conversion
• Respond rapidly to all enrollment inquiries
• Conduct enrollment consultations that identify priorities and objections
• Confidently guide families to enrollment decisions
• Follow up relentlessly via phone, text, email, and in person
• Convert tours and events into enrolled students
Systems, Pipelines & Metrics
• Build and manage a clear enrollment funnel
• Track lead sources, conversion rates, and yield
• Create scalable systems future staff can run
• Identify and fix bottlenecks quickly
Family Experience & Retention
• Ensure professional, personal, confidence-inspiring family interactions
• Reduce friction in the enrollment process
• Prevent summer melt and early attrition
SUCCESS METRICS
• Net new student growth (+100 by July 2026)
• Inquiry-to-enrollment conversion rate
• Community partnership strength
• Event and tour yield
• Retention of newly enrolled students
• Quality and clarity of enrollment systems
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
• Proven success in sales, enrollment, admissions, or business development
• Comfort with outreach, follow-up, and closing
• Strong organizational and CRM skills
• High accountability and ownership mindset
Preferred:
• K–12 or charter school experience
• Community-based sales or chamber engagement
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
