Job Description:

Under the general supervision of the CTE director, manages system and day-to-day use of the automated ADE student database and works closely with the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Director, instructors, students, and industry to provide high level supports, implementing work-based learning experiences to meet the CTE Department's goals, objectives and state monitoring requirements.

Hiring Pay Range: $21.23 – $22.53 per hour, DOE

Full time 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week

11 months, 217 paid workdays per year

Minimum Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, two years of experience working with an automated database and a minimum of one year working with students in a school setting.

Special Requirements: Personal or professional leadership or management experience. Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Level I-IVPP Fingerprint Clearance card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Must possess a valid Arizona Driver’s License and have a clear driving record through http://servicearizona.com.
