Program Coordinator District Assets
SUMMARY
Coordinates the activities and functions of asset management for the district, as well as overseeing the district’s asset inventory process. Analyzes, evaluates and ensures that the goals and objectives for the program are accomplished according to established priorities, time and funding limitations or other specifications.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Associate’s Degree AND
- Four (4) years of experience with inventory control and monitoring of assets, including record keeping and asset disposal.
OR
- Bachelor’s Degree AND
- Two (2) years of experience with inventory control and monitoring of assets, including record keeping and asset disposal.
OR
- Six (6) years of progressive experience with inventory control and monitoring of assets, including record keeping and asset disposal.
- One year of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge and ability to use word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs.
- Knowledge of federal and state legislative requirements related to specific program.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
- FBI fingerprint background check
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

- Salary Range: $58,184 to $67,547.40/year
- Effective: 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR
- Location: Financial Services - Broadway and Euclid area
- Classification: Non-Bargaining
- FTE : 1.0 - 8 hours per day
- Work Calendar: 12 month
- Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
- Salary will be prorated if start date is after the first day of the work calendar for the position.
- Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language.
