Job Summary:
· Occasional in-state travel is required for this position.
The Arizona Department of Education currently utilizes a hybrid work environment, with up to two days of remote work (contingent upon business needs). Candidates should apply with an ability and willingness to work in-office up to five days per week as business needs necessitate.
Job Duties:
· Provide oversight and collaboration of federal and state CTE data reporting and collaboration with ADE IT to streamline data reporting processes and reduce duplication of efforts
· Provide leadership and management of data collection and performance measures systems through AzEDs to include all required secondary and postsecondary data submissions, including industry credentials
· Develop and produce reports for federal and state reporting purposes and snapshots of CTE data including the Consolidated Annual Report (CAR)
· Ensures that on-site reviews are completed annually based on the results of an "at risk" determination spreadsheet within CTE, as well as monitoring of two post-secondary sub-recipients on a five-year rotation
· Provide oversight into all methods of administration required activities including on-site civil rights reviews and reporting
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
Knowledge in:
· Applicants must have grants management experience.
· A bachelor’s degree in education, Public Administration or closely related field, or equivalent experience to substitute for the degree, is required.

Preference will be given to those applicants that:
· Have taught or administered a CTE program in a K-12 setting
· Specific knowledge of Federal or State grant processes
· Master’s degree in education, Public Administration or closely related field

You will be required to participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) upon your 27th week of employment, subject to waiting period. On or shortly after, your first day of employment you will be provided with enrollment instructions and effective date.
