Job Description:

Do you enjoy working with children and making a difference each day? Satori School is looking for caring and reliable Substitute Teachers and Teacher’s Aides to join our school community. As a substitute, you’ll step into the classroom to support students’ learning when their regular teacher or aide is away. Every day is different, and your impact matters.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead classrooms using the lesson plans provided by the teacher.
• Create a safe, positive, and respectful learning environment.
• Support students with their daily work and encourage their success.
• Supervise students during class, recess, lunch, or other activities.
• Work closely with staff and administrators to keep the school day running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• A high school diploma or higher (college coursework/degree a plus).
• Experience working with children or youth is helpful but not required.
• Friendly, flexible, and able to adapt to different classrooms and grade levels.
