Job Description:

We are hiring After School Staff for the current 2025-2026 school year. We are looking for energetic and dedicated staff to join us in this dynamic work environment, serving our community’s youth. 

Must be available for all of the following hours:

• M – 2:45 – 5:30
• T – 2:45 – 5:30
• W – 12:15 – 5:30
• Th – 2:45 – 5:30
• F – 2:45 – 5:30

(About 16 hours per week)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Please do not apply if you do not meet ALL minimum requirements):

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Applicants must possess a high school diploma or have earned a GED
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Strong communication skills
• Self-directed personality traits
• Courteous and professional demeanor and dress.
• Reliable and Responsible
• Experience working with students

ALSO DESIRED (NOT REQUIRED):

• Track record of past academic achievement with children
• Willingness to bring other skills, abilities, ideas, and time to the school in the form of after school student offerings, or by the sponsoring of after school clubs
• Experience working in the charter school sector

Pay: $16.00 – 17.50/hr DOE
