Abraham Lincoln is like no other school in the Washington district. As part of our discipline system, we are implementing PBIS (Positive Behaviors Interventions and Supports) this year.

Minimum Requirement an Physical Education K-8 or K-12 Certificate, Elementary K-8 Certificate or an Alternative Pathways Certificate.

Starting salary $53,100 - $84,950 (Including Performance Pay).

WESD offers an exceptional teacher support system for seasoned teachers, paid student teachers and alternative pathways teachers, so all teachers are supported! Mentors and an Instructional Coach at every site. WESD also has District Coaches by grade level and subject area who visit schools as an additional layer of support.

Salary range is $50,000 - $81,850. An additional $3,100(approx.) for Performance Pay.
