Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team as the Human Resources / Accounts Payable & Procurement Specialist. This multifaceted role supports district operations through essential HR functions, financial processing, and purchasing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR):
Support staff onboarding, credential verification, and personnel file maintenance
Assist with benefits administration and leave tracking
Maintain employee records and assist with payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and district policies
Accounts Payable:
Process vendor invoices and check requests in compliance with district and USFR guidelines
Reconcile statements and assist with month-end closing procedures
Maintain financial records and documentation for audit purposes
Procurement & Purchasing:
Create purchase orders and ensure timely ordering and delivery of supplies and services
Monitor and track budgets across departments
Coordinate with vendors, compare quotes, and follow procurement procedures
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with fixed asset tracking
