Job Description:

We are looking for a bright, personable Registrar for our two award-winning elementary schools. The ideal candidate is someone who is customer-oriented, friendly, and attentive to reporting details, and compliance matters.  As the Reid Traditional Schools Registrar, you will be working with prospective parents to enroll new students.  You will work with school personnel and parents to ensure that student admissions are done properly using the Synergy Student Information System.  You will also be responsible for reporting student information to the State Department of Education.  This position is full-time, 40 hours a week, working five days a week during the schoolyear and four days a week in the summer months.  Reid Traditional Schools offers superior benefits with medical, dental and life insurance and a 401K with an 11% match.  This position is available immediatiely.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The registrar position requires, at a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.  Proficiency in Synergy Student Information System and Microsoft Office programs are desired. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
