Sky Islands, an environmentally focused, independent public high school, is seeking a math teacher for the 2022-2023 school year. Subjects include Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, and a fourth-year math class. Applicants with teaching experience at this level, who can offer an applied project-based approach and incorporate the school’s environmental projects into the math program, are encouraged to apply. Sky Islands is located on 12 acres in the heart of Tucson and has a current student population, grades 9-12, of 80+ students.
