Mayer Unified School District is seeking applications for a dynamic and visionary leader to join our high school

community as Principal. As the educational leader of our school, you will have the opportunity to inspire and

motivate both students and staff to achieve academic excellence and personal growth. The ideal candidate will

possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to fostering a positive and

inclusive school culture. Our student body consists of 177 students, 9-12, with a wide variety of academic, co-

curricular and extra-curricular activities. Responsibilities include overseeing curriculum development,

implementing effective teaching strategies, and promoting a safe and supportive learning environment. The

successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strategic planning abilities, and a

dedication to student success, while establishing and maintaining a high level of faculty and staff morale.

Mayer Unified School District is on a 4 day per week calendar and the position offers a complete benefit

package for this 12-month position.
